How much will freight cost?

New Zealand orders:

 We charge a flat rate of $7 anywhere in NZ for a 1-2 day courier. This is the same price regardless if you order 1 product... or 10.

International Orders:

The freight for all international orders is based on the weight of your order.  The site calculates this as you add items to your cart.  Once you enter your address at the checkout stage and progress to the delivery information page, the freight cost will be displayed for you under the heading 'weight based shipping'.  You have not commited to the order and are still able to choose not to continue with the transaction at this point.  The transaction is not completed until you have submitted your credit card information and received an order confirmation from us.

Do you offer a returns policy?

We hope you have the best possible experience from our products, however, if you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept a return and refund.

If you need to refund or exchange an item please email at the earliest convenience, prior to returning the product to us and within 30 days of the initial dispatch. Please be sure to clearly explain your reasons for wanting to return the item.

How long will it take for my web order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hours of ordering (except for over weekends). From there it depends on where you live. So please add the below shipping times:

NZ: 1-2 days and 3-4days for Rural deliver via Toll ipec Courier services

Rest of the World: 10-14 working days via Post NZ Courier services

How is the Royal jelly collected?

How long do your products last once opened?

Our products all have a 12 months after opening expiry date. A handy hint is to look at the back of your products or the bottom of the Boxes and you will see a small jar icon with a number in it. That number tells you how many months the product lasts after opening.

Do your products contain parabens?

I'm allergic to Bees - can I still use your products?

The only products you will have an issue with is anything with Bee Venom. Otherwise all other products that contain Active Manuka honey, Beeswax, Royal Jelly and propolis will be fine.

How is the Manuka honey used in your products tested?

Our Manuka honey is sent to an independent laboratory where it is tested using the non-peroxide technique – this gives the most accurate measurement of MGO activity.

We use Hill Labs and get all of our honey tested.

What security measure do you have to make sure my credit card details are safe?

We use DPS to ensure the security of your credit card information.
